2 Year Limited Warranty
Newland Custom Audio (“NCA”) warrants the NCA branded hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with NCA’s user manuals, technical specifications and other NCA published guidelines for 2 years from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").
Any manufacturing defects or faulty components will be taken care of at no charge to the customer during the warranty period excluding the cost of shipping.
Newland Custom Audio reserves the right to update any unit returned for repair and to change or improve the design of the product at any time without notice.

We endeavour to respond to any warranty request within 48hrs.
If during the warranty period you submit a claim during the warranty period this warranty, NCA will, at its option:
(i) repair the NCA Product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or
(ii) replace the NCA Product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or
(iii) refund your purchase price in exchange for the return of your NCA Product.
When a product or part is replaced or a refund provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes NCA’s property.
A replacement part or product or a repaired NCA Product assumes the remaining warranty of the original NCA Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.
Newland Custom Audio decisions on Warranty Service including repairs, replacement or refunds are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Before receiving warranty service, NCA may require that you provide proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow NCA’s procedures for obtaining warranty service, such as following instructions for packing and shipping NCA Products when receiving Mail-in service.
Out of Warranty Service
We are also glad to repair pedals that fall outside of the warranty (damage due to incorrect power supply, physical damage etc).
This service is provided at cost of parts and labour (minimum £10 bench fee), and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Terms and conditions
Customers must contact us before any device is sent in for warranty or out of warranty service via the warranty form.
This warranty does not apply:
(a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, marks, dents and broken plastic knobs unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship, enclosure finishes are created by hand and as such have subtle variations from build to build and will age and wear with use and time;
(c) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the NCA Product’s specifications, NCA products are to be used with a centre negative compatible power supply as specified for use in the product documentation (NCA product specifications are available at www.newlandcustomaudio.com under the relevant product page);
(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause, signs of physical damage will place the product into “out of Warranty” classification;
(e) to damage caused by operating the NCA Hardware outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other NCA published guidelines;
(f) to damage caused by service (including repair) performed by anyone who is not a representative of NCA.
(g) damage to an NCA Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of NCA.
(h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the NCA Product, enclosure finishes are created by hand and as such have subtle variations from build to build and will age and wear with use and time;
(i) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the NCA Product;
