All orders are subject to shipping costs relevant to the item ordered, we are committed to ensuring the safe delivery of your investment and all orders will be packed appropriately and are shipped tracked and insured by Royal Mail.

The flat rate postage and packaging delivers to most mainland U.K. destinations and is signature required delivery by Royal Mail.
We strive to get your order into your hands as fast as we possibly can all NCA devices are built to order by hand. Our normal ship times are as below:
NCA Standard Pedal orders normally ship within 3-5 days
NCA Custom Shop Pedals normally ship within 2-4 weeks
NCA Custom Shop modifications and rehousing are normally shipped within 1-2 weeks of finalising the design and receiving the device being modified or rehoused.
Please note we ship orders Monday - Friday only.
If you do not receive your order or a delivery attempt card by the expected date eg; one business day after despatch notification for 1st Class or 2 business days for 2nd Class please contact us as soon as possible and we will follow up with Royal Mail.
For international shipping the cost varies by order delivery time and destination, please use the contact us form with the items you would like to purchase and the full delivery address to receive a quote.
Our returns period is 14 days of receipt of the complete order in line with distance selling regulations in the U.K.
It is the customers responsibility to contact us within 14 days of receiving the complete order to ensure the order is eligible for return.
Please retain all the original packaging for your items until you have decided to keep the goods, this is very important as an additional charge will be made for items returned without the original packaging.
Please note that all custom shop work and modification or rehousing orders are final due to the nature of the products being sold.
If you wish to return any items within the 14 day Returns period, all items must be packed in a strong cardboard box with appropriate internal packaging to protect the items and prevent them from moving around in transit to avoid scratches or damage.
NCA cannot accept responsibility for any item that is damaged due to insufficient packaging, and your return will be refused or refund reduced if items are not packaged correctly.
Once returned to us we will process a full refund.
Any custom builds, modifications or rehousing are excluded from the returns policy due to the nature of the products and services.
Please note the cost of returning the items to us must be covered by the customer and where goods have been damaged, marked or show signs of excessive testing or use (outside the normal bounds of showroom use) a charge will be made to compensate for the reduction in value.
Please insure your return whilst in transit.
We recommend that when arranging delivery back to us you make sure your goods are insured to their full value whilst in transit. NCA cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are damaged in transit although we will inform you as soon as we are aware of any transit damage so that you can make a claim against your chosen courier.
If you wish to return any item please let us know by completing the contact us form with the full details of the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
In the case of non-delivery or return to sender where the package has either been declined at point of delivery, no action taken by recipient or return to sender due to exceeding the Royal Mail hold period of 18 days the order will be refunded automatically on receipt of the goods at the workshop minus the original postage cost.
