Terms and Conditions of Sale.

By placing any order with Newland Custom Audio (NCA) you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions of sale.

(a) Payment must be received in full before any goods will be dispatched; 

(b) All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT and any other relevant taxes;

(c) Payment will only be accepted in GBP (£) and all payments will be processed securely in the U.K;

(d) We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as form of payment; 

(e) No payment details are stored by Newland Custom Audio, all payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal on our behalf; 

(f) Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once the items have been delivered;

(g) All quoted shipping times are subject to stock availability at the time of order, if the item is no longer available of if there is agedly in supply you will be notified as soon as possible.

(h) Unfortunately NCA can in no circumstances compensate for delayed orders;  

(i) Goods found to be damaged on delivery must be reported within 24hrs, Newland Custom Audio cannot be held responsible for transit damaged goods after 24hrs of delivery;

(j) When you place an order to purchase a product from newlandcustomaudio.com, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation email to you;

(k) You are entitled to cancel any order by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of the complete order, this excludes any orders placed through the NCA Custom Shop;

(l) Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered by the purchaser in any way from the original condition;

(m) Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately, once we have received the goods back and inspected them. It can take upto, but no longer than, 14 days for the funds to show on the customer's account;

(n) The returns policy on relevant Newland Custom Audio products is 14 days, this is in line with distance selling regulations in the U.K. Any goods purchased through the NCA Custom Shop are not included in the returns policy and are ineligible for return under any circumstances. (o) Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned;

(p) Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale;

(q) The customer has a duty to take reasonable care of the products while in their possession and during the cancellation period to maintain them in the condition in which they were supplied by NCA. If goods are damaged or use of the goods has gone beyond the right to reasonably inspect and assess the goods, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly;

(r) The customer has a duty to re-package any returned goods in such away as to avoid any damage to the goods whilst in transit back to NCA (ideally all the original packaging should be used). If the original packaging is not used the goods must be packaged in such a way that provides the same or equal protection as the original packaging. If this duty to pack the returned goods in an appropriate manner is not met NCA reserve the right to return the goods to adjust the refund amount accordingly;

(s) Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale (blemished items etc);

(t) Any returns outside of these criteria may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee;

(u) All items purchased are to be used in line with the users guides, specifications and any directions given and are used at your own risk. NCA assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage to any persons, equipment or property or any other loss that may arise from use or misuse of any NCA products;
